Saw where the chamber of commerce has invited Stann Lee, the republician candidate for the attorney general, or railroad commissioner, is going to speak at the next chamber meeting.
So, I guess the Chamber is no longer for the betterment of the city of corbin and their business.
Does the chamber speak for all business's, including the democrats that own business's.
My recommendation to all the chamber members that are democrats, get out of the COC, and show your displeasure with the clowns running the chamber.
The COC is losing any impartial integrity it had by doing this.
I doubt that the members of the Chamber Board were ever told by the President and the Executive Director that a request was received recommending that Steve Beshear be provided equal opportunity in addressing the Chamber luncheon. Regardless of whether or not you are a Democrat or Republican you should want both candidates to have the same opportunity.
