Well, it's open, and it's great. Service is good even with the crowds, wait time is fair considering the crowds, I'm sure that some are mad about it, but it'll get better. Food is excellent, as usual with Applebee's. All good in my opinion, and this busy opening will prepare the employees that stay for future busy times.
I'm sure someone will have a negative opinion, but, IMO, it's great and will get better.
We've taken the family there a few times and every time the food was great! The service is wonderful! (that does mean a lot!) I'm thrilled that we finally have a 'chain restaurant' in our area that isn't locally owned. Their jobs depend on our satisfaction and that's the way it should be.
I'm with you Mr. Cleaver. If there is a wait then expect it cause the food is well worth it, not to mention the price is FINALLY priced for a family to enjoy a great meal away from home and it doesn't stab into our gas tanks! (we have to save for that gas tank!) Everyone working there seems to really love their jobs and make it a fun place to eat. No one is back biting like other local places. No clicks there. Just what is expected, good food with wonderful service.
The 'new' is starting to wear as our wait time was not long at all for a full course meal. No negative opinion here. Nothing but satisfaction.
