New El Dorados' being built, next to the BP Station by the waffle house.

A new El Dorado's is going up. It's in the lot next to the BP station, next to waffle house. It doesn't look as big as the other building, but then, that building was already there to start with.

I was told Vance owns that lot, so I wonder if he's just building to suit there.

Vance doesn't own that lot. It's owned by someone other than him.

Why is Eldorado's changing buildings?

I heard they're changing because their lease is up at the other place, and the owners, I don't know who they are, will not remodel or fix it up.

Plus, they want a bar separate from the restaurant area. But, from the sized of the foundation, it looks to be much smaller.

Also, they're having trouble meeting the 70/30 sales mix, food to alcohol. Applebee's is killing everyone, and rightly so.

It's been over 6 months since I've eaten at El Dorados, and the food was really terrible.
