Heard Carpenter is now a part owner of the Depot. That's good.
I've also heard he does an excellent job, really keeping the staff on their toes, and checking on customers. That's what is needed.
He keeps the wait staff moving, checks on the kitchen to make sure food comes out on time (their biggest problem), and keeps the drinks going. That is the mark of an excellent restaurant manager.
I've heard good things since he's been running the floor. Personally, I've been there when he's worked, I just didn' t know he was now a partner.
He's doing an excellent job. Hopefully, soon he'll buy out Curry and take it all over.
Remember, the better that restaurant does, the better the city comes out. The more food and drinks he sells, the more restaurant and alcohol tax money he generates for he city.
