What happened to the flashing lights in front of the post office? It was working so well. We really need to get rid of the stop light. It serves no purpose.

I agree. I thought they had started using just the caution lights.

If any of the commissioners read the message board, I would like to know if they think it would be a good idea to get rid of the light at the post office and replace it with a caution light.

If we don't hear from them, why don't we set up one of the Commission meetings and get a group to attend. I believe it is a good idea to use a caution light only.

The Downtown Corbin Art Festival was great today. The people who worked downtown did a fine job, and many children had a chance to show their art creations, and to perform singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments.

I can't get over how many talented kids we have in this area. The Downtown events provided by Sharea Myers and her loyal volunteers have given our city a real boost. Keep up the great work!

The History Luncheon was great again Tuesday. There must have been at least 50 people in attendance. This is a great program.
