State Tourney Time- should we go to classes or stay as we are.

I've never liked the "whole state" type of tournament. They should play classes as we do in football.

That's why they started the "All A Classic" tournament.

And, while we're at it, I hope they make the private religious schools have their own class and tournament. All they are doing is recruiting around the state.

One option they may consider is to have each class have its own State Tournament, and then have the four Champions play a four game tourney to determine the overall State Champion. By doing it that way you would enable four teams to be Champions of the classes, and then you would have one team as the final Champion.

I've said it for years, go to a class system.

This'll stop the religious schools from recruiting, and give each size school a chance for their championship, just like football.

It's all about politics and pressure from politicians.

You could go to four classes for four State Championships, and then have the State Championship team playoff among the four class champions.
