I've lived all over the country in the past 30 years, and I'll tell ya, the Corbin City Utilities is some of the cheapest electric rates I've ever enjoyed.
And, the RECC is some of the highest, and I don't know why. They are almost double Corbin Utilities, and their service is some of the worst as well. Their service dept is only above the cable people, which is the pits of all of them.
I agree with the previous post. Cumberland Valley's prices have gone sky high. And yet Kentucky as an average has very competitive electric rates. Why is Cumberland Valley so much higher than others in the State?
Attractive Utility rates are important in attracting more people to come to an area to live and build their homes. Why is there such a big difference?
