I talked to the city utilities people this week. I asked if they were going to run sewer to areas close to the new lines going to tattersall and the new elementary school. They said there were no plans to. Why not. They had no answer. And they wonder why no one wants to come into the city.

I've lived all over the country in the past 30 years, and I'll tell ya, the Corbin City Utilities is some of the cheapest electric rates I've ever enjoyed.
