Why not put both Cima boys and Coach Cima in at the same time. After all it was the Cima's who dominated soccer from the beginning. No one is saying One OVER the other. Everybody just needs to calm down. The main things is to try and get one in. After all they are from the same family. Get that.

This poster is right on. Lets try and get one in first. Lets also remember that only a couple of teams played soccer in the area some 16 years ago. I think only St. Camillus and Corbin had teams for years. It is more competitive today than some 16 years ago. Also lets remember their is a number of players who should go in.
Maybe coach cima can write some criteria and send it in to Hall of Fame. Also I agree with last couple of post, you need to submit all and they keep them on file. Lets hope the Varsity Club next year will pick one or more. Its long overdue.
Lets move on to something else besides Hall of Fame, we missed it for this year. They have already selected who is this years inductees are. Next year thou we need to submit several candidates. Lets talk on how the boys won over Estill Co. Great win! Lets win all A tournament. Varsity boys have a great team. I encourage everyone to come out and watch them play.
yes boys and girls teams are looking strong. Eric Steely the new girls coach is doing a great job. The girls really like his coaching style and he is fair to all. Great job Eric.
girls team won first district match vs. middlesboro 3 to 1. Abby Baylor scored her first hat trick (scoring 3 goals) of the season. Girls are 1 - 0 in district play. Go Rehounds!
It is great to see the support across our community for our soccer team. A hat trick is a big accomplishment. Congratulations to Abby and her teammates and coaches.
Corbin should have put this game away a little earlier. The midfielders for Corbin controlled the middle of the field and kept possession on the offensive end for most of the game, they just could not put anything together around the goal.
The Corbin team must find ways to finish and score. Maybe a line up change would take care of this. Sometimes it is the small adjustments that help a team become a great team.

The one kid that played midfield for the Redhounds kept winning the ball and getting it to the offensive side, but you're right they just couldn't finish up front.
A pretty decent North Laurel team also. Corbin made some really nice passes throughout most of the game and had great play in the midfield. Yes, it would be nice to score a few more goals, especially with all the shots we are taking. You kind of feel like eventually they will have a game when half of them make goal and it will be a quick mercy rule on the other team. If scoring was easy you would see World Cup scores in the teens, though.
We are pleased this message board has focused attention on soccer. The people who support soccer have fought a long and at times lonesome battle to help build a soccer program. It is gratifying to see how many of our kids are playing soccer, and the sport is much more respected and supported. Let's be sure we use this message board to provide information on our players, coaches and those who give so much of their personal time to make this a wonderful program. Thanks.
CONGRATULATIONS TO GIRLS SOCCER TEAM FOR 5 GAMES IN A ROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eric Stealy is doing a fantastic job with the girls team. The girls play at home on Saturday at 3 against North Laurel. Lets get out and support them. If you see any of the players congratulate them, they have worked hard. Having 3 coaches in 4 or 5 years has been hard on girls program.
