I heard today that the Harley dealer lost his motion for dismissal on fraud. If this goes to trial, and as I hear it will probably be a jury trial, he's gonna lose big.

I think the developers have a valid case, and should be allowed to collect damages. This moron has pissed everybody off on every exit from corbin to mt vernon. I cant understand his thinking.

Story about Vangent in todays paper, sounds like everyones deny it except for the Carr guy in London, although several friends that work there have been talking about moving to a bigger place in London since last year. Hope it doesn't happen but sounds like its going to.

Good article in the weekly this morning on the harley deal. I dont know much about what is going on with all of this, but its obvious the judge believes there is a case for fraud. My guess is this wont make it to trial, but rather a settlement before. Aj and Steve are doing a great job on the south end, and with the new expo building and applebees going up we will probably see new businesses on that property soon.

There is a bunch of people behind you A.J. on this deal. Its a shame the way it all came down, and maybe this will serve as a wake up call to our city leaders. Hope all your future endevours are successful!
