Is there a limit to the numbr of HUD rental houses allowed in the city of Corbin.  I heard there was not. I also heard this was due to one of the previous city commissioners that had dozens of them in the city, and other landlords as well, that didn't want a limit to them, as they would lose their contracts.

Can you limit the number of HUD in the city limits?
