You seem to insist on singing Lynch's accolades.

Didn't the county and city have to sue for several thousand in unpaid taxes?

Don't remember seeing anythign in the paper about suing anyone over taxes.  Do you remember the date?

Is this something you know, or someone told you down at city hall.

Both Bob's have been in Tennessee all day and just arrived back in time to be told by you that we posted something we did not post. You must be that same crystal ball reader that is wrong 100% of the time.

Commissioner Lynch does not want the city to buy anything from businesses that are located outside of the city like Wal-Mart or O'Reillys Auto Parts. He said this in a recent commissioners meeting according to the newspapers. After that he went out and got his picture made for the newspaper at the grand opening of Falls Ford which was outside of the city. Does he say one thing and do another.

I don't know what Lynch intended. Probably just trying to get some free campaign time in. There is not a car dealer in the city limits now so I guess he feels like it is Ok to trade with Falls Ford but not with Wal-Mart and O'Reillys. But don't forget that Falls Ford competes with auto repair places in the city too. You have to draw the line somewhere. For example I wouldn't expect the city to pay twice the price for a ream of paper or a box of staples just to buy in town. That would not be good business. The city needs to use good judgement in spending money. If they are not then Lynch or Gregory or somebody needs to stay on it.

I hear he feels the same way about wanting Corbin residents to serve on committees. We need good people like him at city hall.
