I applaud the city commission for this project. This was a true community spirited project. The kids will love it.

The commission should not be applauded for the park.the truth is half of them was not for the project. Marlon Sams,and the ladies at city hall deserve the ATTA BOY/GIRL
If half of the commission was not for the park that means 2 1/2 were for it and 2 1/2 were against it. How could that happen? The girls at city hall and Marlon Sams did not vote for or against this project. It was passed by the Mayor and the City Commission.
Then, a bit "Attapeople" to Marlon and the city hall girls, and also the mayor and city commissioners. If everyone hadn't agreed, it wouldn't have been built.
And, what was the lady's name that started this several years ago. She deserves the biggest credit, for bringing it to everyones attention. I can't recall her name. Her son, at the time, was a big skate boarder.
