RE: Engineer St. Bridge, a question,,,,,,,,, lets do it ourselves.

I heard that city manager Bill Ed Cannon and commissioner Phil Gregory had included the bridge project in the 2007 city budget in the event the grant was turned down.

It would seem that in order to include this in the budget it would take a majority vote to approve the budget and we should thank those who approved it. Congratulations to all of you involved!

Whoever did whatever, it's a good thing.

It's looking good, I just wish it was red.

Great job city commission and mayor.

They've done a great job with this project. Hat's off to the mayor and commissioners for picking up this project on their own. Good job.

Have you seen the bridge lately? It is really nice. The city should be commended for taking this project on.

Outstanding!!!

If you haven't been over by the bridge lately, it's worth a trip.

It looks fantastic.

They did a great job on it.

Great Job on the Bridge to all those involved. It looks awesome!!! That bridge brings back some great memories as a kid growing up, I was really glad to see it being reworked, but I would not have imagined it to look that good. I like the stone planters and the new lights ... makes it look more inviting.

Awesome job guys and thanks for not tearing it down.
