I think former Mayor Miller should be called to task about his antics concerning this issue before he left office. It's obvious he didn't tell the whole story.
In my opinion, it's like when a lame duck president leaves office, and pardons all his friends and associates and huge donation people, and then leaves without any explanation .
Miller did just that, dropped a bomb and ran.
He looked good for awhile, then the truth came out.
