I'm sure the poster is not much help, like you said.

They just work, pay taxes, and expects the city government to do what the heck they're supposed to do for all the taxpaying citizens. I'm sure the poster quoted here is retired or has one of those jobs where they can just up and walk out any time they want to. It must be nice.

By the way, you seem to forget, the city employees work FOR the citizens of corbin, the citizens of corbin don't serve THEM.

I agree with you that the point of posting minutes on the internet is not really a big deal. There are many more important things than that. Involvement in local government is easy for those who are actually interested in putting some time into it.

Its very easy really. Trot your lazy butt down to city hall and ask for a copy of the minutes. Within minutes, you will have what you need. Simple.

The employees realize they are public servants. I doubt you will be denied copies of the minutes. You sound like a real jerk, though, so I doubt you will get service with a smile, but you will get what you want regardless.
