I talked to the city utilities people this week. I asked if they were going to run sewer to areas close to the new lines going to tattersall and the new elementary school.
They said there were no plans to. Why not. They had no answer.
And they wonder why no one wants to come into the city.
The leaders of Corbin should have a strategy on getting people to see the value of being in the city. I have never believed any city or business can be strong if it doesn't have a plan for continuos growth and success. Change is taking place across the world and you had better keep up the pace or you will be left behind.
