I read this in the paper from the downtown forum, about a Tourism Expo, or something like that, put on by the state, and that no one from corbin's Tourism Committee has ever attended. Is that true. I wonder why?

I don't know. It could be because they are busy people with careers volunteering their time to be on tourism.

Hey, if they don't want to do it, or it interferes with their personal lives to the point where they can't do what they need to do, then get the heck off the committee. No one grabbed them by the arm and pointed a gun at them and ordered them to serve on the committee. Volunteering is just that, volunteering. If you can't fulfill your requirements, then resign and let someone that can give it a shot.
