RE: Football Stadium

I agree.

As long as we remember, we can all agree that we can disagree.

We all want whats best for our town.

All this finger pointing aside, just what are the specific problems and needs of the football stadium.

This is as good a place as any to post it. We all have time to read and post here, so, what is wrong.

Here are some sugesstions! Take some of the Rest.,TAX money and use for a new Football Stadium. Use some of the Occupational Tax money (whitley Co.) that people in Corbin are paying to improve Stadium. If the City of Corbin could get back the Occupational Tax that Knox County has Swindled from them they could use it as well. So you see, some of the MONEY opportunities are there. It could posssibly even get better with the Recovery of the Tax funds from Knox Co. In my opinion, it now becomes a MANAGEMENT ISSUE!!!

Since the school system owns the stadium, I don't know if we could do that legally, but it sounds good. Especially the knox county part about recovering some of our tax dollars paid to them.

The Money Issue will only be addressed once someone (Who Ever uses the Facility) clearly explains the problems and the Costs associated with whatever upgrades are needed.

Nobody will do anything untill an assesment is Generated and the City & School Board can take a Look and discuss.
